All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after the order is placed.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Noon) GMT on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY – Estimated Delivery Time (After Processing) - Please allow us 1-3 days for processing the order. After the order is processed, it will be dispatched via Next Day Delivery, free of Charge.

Every ready-to-ship order will include a tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation email.
You can use this number on the courier's website to track your delivery.
The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees applied by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the product price or the shipping cost calculated at checkout.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information.
We take great care in packaging our resources to ensure they arrive safely. If your product arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately, within 7 days of delivery, at [email protected] with the following information:
Your Order Number.
A description of the damage.
Photographs of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it (Lost after Delivery), please get in touch with the shipping carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
