We Value Your Trust. To ensure clarity and transparency, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy regarding eligibility, timelines, and the process for refunding our physical learning resources. 

  1. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW

We want you and your little learner to be delighted with your purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS (PRINTABLE & E-BOOKS)

Due to the nature of digital files, which are instantly accessible and cannot be returned, all sales of downloadable resources are considered final and non-refundable.

• Exceptions: A refund or store credit may be issued only if there was a technical error with the file itself (e.g., corrupted file) that we cannot resolve by sending a corrected version.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (ready-to-ship)

This section applies to physical items such as puzzles, assembled busy books, physical flashcards, etc.

To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be:

1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. In the original packaging (if applicable).
3. Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards.
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.

1. Please email us at [Your Support Email Address] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. Please wait for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and shipping instructions from our customer service team.
3. Mail the item back to the address provided with the RAN clearly marked on the package. Do not send your item back without receiving a RAN first.

• Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).
• Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, please email us at [email protected] immediately for instructions. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.
